First of all, here is what you are going to learn,
- Backbend(standing,to bridge)
- Handstands
- Bridge
- Splits
- last but not least, handstand to bridge!
But before we learn, you must stretch and warm up!
Do:
- 10 star jumps
- 10 second jog on the spot
- 5 push ups
Next , STRETCH!
Dont forget your wrists and shoulders.
BACK BEND:

BRIDGE:
- Lay on your back with your knees up.
- put your hands out with your palm in a 'stop ' sign
- Place your palms flat on the floor and push up
- arch your back and breath normally
HANDSTAND:
- start with your arms up, and your good leg forward
- place your palms flat on the ground, and kick hard with your good leg.
- hold for as long as you can
- either flip into bridge, or kick back down to land.

SPLITS:
All you need to do is STRETCH, STRETCH STRETCH! And you will slide into them with ease:)

HANDSTAND TO BRIDGE:
- Start in a small lunge with your arms up
- kick up into handstand
- arch your back slowly, and bend your knees a tiny bit
- once your about to land, lock in your shoulder and elbows.
